Clients are advised that all events are to be booked at least two weeks prior to the event date.

To confirm a booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance must be paid at least 1 day before the event (failure to do will cause services not to be rendered).

All rental items of Beyond the Décor must be protected during the contracted period. In the event of any damages of rental items, the client will be held liable for paying for the cost of replacements.

There will be a charge of $50.00 for each returned check payable to Beyond the Décor.

Client understands that if there are any unforeseen circumstances beyond, Beyond the Décor’s control (e.g. acts of God) shall be excused. Beyond the Décor will make special efforts to make necessary adjustments.
